This blend features coffees from the America's. I named this coffee 'Classic Americana', because it plays off the classic American profile that so many people love; however, the cup they actually get is generally a weakly brewed and over-all scrappy coffee. The American favorite has always been (in my opinion) a big, deep, rich and buttery body-driven coffees with negligible acidity. Think of this as the classic diner coffee that you always wish existed. . and now it does.
