NOTES: Pungent, smoke, earth and pepper spice.

BODY & FINISH: Very heavy and malty with a molassas-like sweetness in the finish.

This blend features coffees from South America and Indonesia. The blend features dense, high altitude coffees that can withstand high temperatures, resulting in a profile that has tremendous pungency and a uniquely complex range of characteristics; all-the-while, pleasantly void of the carbonized burnt characteristics so common in French roasts (especially dark French).
